Brihanmumbai Mahanagarpalika G/North Municipal Laboratory

The Public Health Department (PHD) of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) is the Parent Organization of Municipal Analyst Laboratory. The Executive Health Officer (EHO) is the Head of Public Health Department and also leads the management of the laboratory, controlling the implementation of policies and regulations. The Joint Executive Health Officer (Jt. EHO) oversees all laboratory activities and ensures the availability of testing resources, equipment, and staff required for quality testing of food and water samples.

The Public Health Department established the laboratory for Community Services and has continuously improved its infrastructure by providing the latest technical tools and equipment to deliver high-quality testing services. The Municipal Analyst Laboratory is grateful to the Public Health Department (PHD) authorities for their constant guidance, motivation, and support.
