The Public Health Department (PHD) of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) is the Parent Organization of Municipal Analyst Laboratory. The Executive Health Officer (EHO) is the Head of Public Health Department, also heads the management of the laboratory, controls the implementation of policies and regulations. The Deputy Executive Health Officer (Dy. EHO) controls the overall activities of the laboratory and ensure availability of testing resources, equipment, staff required for quality testing of food and water samples. The Public Health Department established the laboratory for Community Services and has continuously put in efforts to developed its infrastructure and provided latest technical tools and equipment’s to provide quality testing services. The Municipal Analyst Laboratory is Grateful to the Public Health Department (PHD) Authorities for their constant Guidance, Motivation and Support.
